The miniDGA program at a glance
Why attend the program: Because it is the only program which combines knowledge of business and organizational aspects of Public Sector transformation with new technologies and the utilization of data.
Who may attend: Employees from SMEs and Public Sector Organizations which are members of GR digiGOV-innoHUB (Apply for membership: 1. SMEs, or 2. Public Sector Organisations). All participants must have University-level education and/or relevant professional experience and good knowledge of English.
Duration of the program: 150 hours, 16 weeks
Teaching method: Online lectures and hybrid workshops
Certification Requirements:
- Minimum 75% attendance in teaching hours and workshops
- Successful completion of all module learning assessment tests
- Successful completion of the final group project
Who are the instructors: Distinguished professors and professionals affiliated with the organizing institutions of the hub

Program short description
The mini DGA Program is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to lead and implement digital transformation initiatives in the public sector. This multidisciplinary program combines technical and managerial skills with hands-on projects (project based learning approach). It focuses on fostering innovation and developing capabilities for effective participation in the digital government innovation ecosystem.
Program delivery
Duration:
16 weeks, 150 learning hours. The program comprises 90+ teaching and workshop hours, 60 hours study and assignment preparation.
Dates:
First round: Mid-June until end of October 2025
There will be an extra two rounds of the program. The second round will start in mid- September and the third round mid-November 2025.
Format:
Live online teaching sessions (2 per week live online teaching sessions, 3 hours each). Teaching sessions will run 18:00 – 21:00 on weekdays (mostly two of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
Interactive workshops – 3 sessions will run live on Saturdays 10:00 – 14:00 in AUEB premises)

Learning Objectives

Program Language
All learning materials will be in the English language. Online lectures will be delivered in Greek.

Certification:
Participants completing the program will receive a certificate of successful attendance carrying 7 ECTS credits, issued by the Centre for Lifelong Learning of AUEB (KEDIVIM).

- Public Sector professionals engaged in digital government and transformation projects and services
Participation fee
3.500 euro per participant. The fee is covered by funds of the GR digiGOV-innoHUB project for eligible participants.
Eligibility Requirements
The SMEs and the Public Sector Organizations must have an agreement with the GR digiGOV-innoHUB project, in order for their employees to be eligible.
All participants must have University-level education and/or relevant professional experience and good knowledge of English.
